Made-to-Order Model: Our apparel products are customized and fulfilled via print-on-demand manufacturing upon successful payment confirmation.
Pricing and Availability: All prices are displayed in USD (or local converted currency) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent or violate platform policies.

3. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery windows are provided at checkout. International shipments may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by the destination country, which remain the customer's responsibility.

4. Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations

Because all garments are custom manufactured upon order, returns and replacements are accepted exclusively for defective, misprinted, or damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery. For damaged items, please send proof and order details to support@aesthetix-co.com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand names, original artwork, marketing renders, website design, graphics, typography, audio compositions, and video productions created by or for Aesthetix Co. are the exclusive intellectual property of Aesthetix Co. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party Links & Platform Integration

Our store interacts with external services, including payment gateways, TikTok Content Posting APIs, Pinterest Shopping channels, and Instagram Graph APIs. We are not responsible for the independent terms, practices, or availability of third-party platforms.
